Provide POS installation of additional trolley bay vinyls to run in conjunction with ASDA weekly promotional activity, across 334 sites in United Kingdom.
We visited a total of 334 ASDA sites all across the United Kingdom and Ireland, implementing various items of external and internal POS, all within a 22 hour window. Our teams install external items such as: Trolley Bay Vinyl’s, Car Park Banners and Bollard Covers. When in-store, our teams implement Barkers & EAS Security Covers. On this particular week, our teams installed additional trolley bay vinyls in-line with ASDA Scan & Go.
Maximum compliance is a shared goal for our dedicated ASDA team and the client themselves; therefore each item of POS is photographed and uploaded onto our client portal in realtime – as a vital part of our QC process. POS Installation teams complete pre-agreed questionnaires per POS item, again to ensure compliance and increase efficiencies for our client. Our client portal allowed the latest data within the project to be accessed and downloaded in real-time. Individual jobs can be exported along with full reports.
