Brief

ASDA required a solution for their POS Installation process, which was to run in conjunction with their weekly TV & Radio promotional activity, across their entire estate in United Kingdom and Ireland.

Activity

We visit a total of 408 ASDA sites all across the United Kingdom and Ireland, implementing various items of external and internal POS, all within a 22 hour window. Our teams install external items such as: Trolley Bay Vinyl’s, Car Park Banners and Bollard Covers. When in-store, our teams implement Barkers & EAS Security Covers.

Maximum compliance is a shared goal for our dedicated ASDA team and the client themselves; therefore each item of POS is photographed and uploaded onto our client portal in realtime – as a vital part of our QC process. POS Installation teams complete pre-agreed questionnaires per POS item, again to ensure compliance and increase efficiencies for our client.
