Brief

To audit the estate of to identify the specific store’s footprint, space allocation, stock levels and POS display status – enabling the retailer to plan for future in-store marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across their estate.

Solution

Following an in-depth training programme, our expert retail Audit Engineers visited sites across England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland to draw an accurate footprint diagram of the store; including fixture positions, windows,  doors, stairways and storage areas. A CAD drawing was produced based on the information supplied in the original survey. A second visit to every store saw the retail Audit Engineers record data to over 1,200 questions in a detailed survey including space allocation to brands within specific areas in the store, POS signage positioning, content and shelving solutions.

Results

All stores are now fully audited, data has been compiled onto our client portal and reported to the client to enable them to plan for future campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all sites.
