BT Final-Mile | Installation

Brief

BT Final Mile provide a locker delivery service to field engineers across the country, working across many sectors such as IT, Smart-Metering, reprographics, fire and security. BT required a solution for the installation of their lockers and the Project Management of the entire installation process.

Activity

In the first six months of the contract, we installed 2,200 lockers into BT Hubs all across the country, with priority sites noted by the client taken into consideration when scheduling installation works.

Prior to the installation of the lockers, we project managed all aspects of manufacture, warehousing, scheduling, distribution and the Quality Check process. On site, any damaged/old lockers and uplifted if necessary.

Our installation teams took before and after pictures of each hub and each locker on site, and this was uploaded to our client portal for the client to view in real-time.
